New Virtual Event Offering for the EmpowR community

Exploring Meditation ~ Navigating Change: a bi-monthly EmpowR healing circle

Join EmpowR facilitators, Rae Carter and Mitch Pauley, for a soothing virtual event to help you feel supported, connected, and grounded with others in the EmpowR community. Offered the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm EST, this healing circle will begin with a guided meditation followed by an opportunity for journal reflections and to share and listen to each other and connect as community.

Participants are invited to ask a question to receive guidance for their own personal journeys. The evening will close with a meditative journey into the Forest Magic Healing Sanctuary to help you build connection with your intuition and the universe. Settle into a safe space in your home with some pillows, a blanket, and a cup of tea to help prepare you for a peaceful night’s rest.

Rae is a healing navigator, bridge builder, and culture change facilitator who weaves magic with words, wisdom, plants, music, and energy. She is a cancer survivor who reclaimed her divine feminine powers to successfully navigate between conventional and holistic medicine and now shares her gifts to support others in mind, body, spirit healing while advocating for justice to shape a different world based in compassion and love. She is the founder of EmpowR, a cultural transformation enterprise.

Mitch is an empath, special education teacher, musician, and land steward. He supports Rae in her weavings and was her caregiver during cancer, which opened the space for his own powerful healing journey of mind, body, and spirit. Mitch is the primary caregiver at the Forest Magic Healing Sanctuary in Plainfield, Vermont where he and Rae nurture each other and the Earth; and hold seasonal events on the land.
