Exploring Meditation ~ Navigating Change: a bi-monthly EmpowR virtual circle

You are invited to a soothing virtual event to help you feel supported, connected, and grounded in your body and in community. Offered the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8:30 pm EST, the evening combines a mix of guided meditation, listening circle sharing, and words of inspiration.

Facilitated by EmpowR facilitator, Rae Carter, the event begins with a guided meditation followed by a journal reflection and community share. Participants are invited to ask about or share personal healing navigational tools and Rae will offer guidance and inspiration relevant to what has been shared and the times we are experiencing. A closing meditation will bring you on a journey into the Forest Magic Healing Sanctuary to help you build connection with your intuition and the universe and to support calming and healing in your body.

Settle into a safe and comfortable space in your home with some pillows, a blanket, and a cup of tea to help prepare you for a peaceful night’s rest. Family members are welcome to join – our intention is for this to be a safe and accessible event for people to experience meditation and listening circles – especially if they are new for you!

Rae is a healing navigator, bridge builder, and culture change facilitator who weaves magic with words, wisdom, plants, music, and energy. She is a cancer survivor who reclaimed her divine feminine powers to successfully navigate between conventional and holistic medicine and now shares her gifts to support others in mind, body, spirit healing while advocating for justice to support shared visions for a more inclusive and compassionate society. She is the founder of EmpowR, a cultural transformation enterprise and co-creator of the Forest Magic Healing Sanctuary in Plainfield, Vermont.
